Comfortable, free housing for temporary displaced people in safe region of Ukraine 🇺🇦
Leo States is a private charity initiative of the well-known Ukrainian businessman Stanislav Lutskovych, who previously started and developed the plant-based meat market in Ukraine, with his partners launched a network of electric charging stations TOKA and the largest national car rental company BLS.
Stanislav brought together more than 50 volunteers, Ukrainian entrepreneurs, architects, designers, planners, builders, charities and companies from around the world with the sole goal of providing comfortable housing for thousands of temporary displaced families in the shortest possible period.
Mission of LEO STATES - to create a hub for people in Ukraine who have lost their homes and provide them with free temporary housing and opportunities to gain strength.
Many people lost their homes due to the war in Ukraine. Cities in the west of Ukraine are overcrowded. According to the UN migration agency, around 6.5 million Ukrainian citizens fled to other regions of Ukraine, for the most part – to the western areas. Additionally, 3.2 million had to go abroad.
Finding a safe temporary accommodation is an extremely difficult task. Adults, children, seniors must not sleep in schools, at train stations, and other places largely unfit for it.
We offer a solution: a town-type structure that consists of container-house units with all the necessary amenities near Lviv – the main humanitarian and logistics hub. Our purpose – is to provide rent-free housing stay from 1 day up to 1 year with a prolongation option.
